925 Sterling Silver with Faceted Labradorite

Description

Inspired by Isa, the Old Norse rune associated with ice and stillness. Malen is shaped like a seal. Elongated, structured, and quietly marked.
Its form is interrupted by a central segment, like a folded impression.
At its end, a faceted labradorite drop catches the light in shifting hues: soft grey, flickers of blue, like dusk gathering over stone.

Materials & Feel

Crafted from solid 925 sterling silver, with a satin finish. The labradorite is natural and faceted by hand, with slight variations in color and reflection.

Handmade in Amsterdam

Handmade to order, locally in my studio, using traditional silversmithing techniques.
Subtle differences in texture and form make each piece unique.
