2. Products & Orders Every Kalévia piece is made by hand, to order. Slight variations and irregularities are part of the design and reflect its handmade nature.

• All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of VAT where applicable
• Orders are confirmed once payment is completed
• You'll receive a confirmation email after purchase
• Please allow up to 5 business days for production before shipping

3. Shipping & Delivery We ship worldwide from Amsterdam, Netherlands.

• Netherlands: €6.50 — 1–2 business days
• Europe: €14.00 — 3–5 business days
• Outside Europe: €22.00 — 7–14 business days

Kalévia is not liable for customs delays or import fees, but we will assist where possible.

4. Returns & Refunds We want you to love your Kalévia piece. If for any reason you don't, we've got your back.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it, no questions asked. Just email us at info@kaleviajewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and let us know you'd like to return. Once you've notified us, you have 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unworn and in its original condition and packaging. If the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to deduct the diminished value from your refund.

We'll refund your full purchase price including original shipping within 14 days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Note: Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service as we can't be held responsible for lost returns.

Something arrived wrong? If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 14 days at info@kaleviajewelry.com with your order number and photos. We'll repair, replace, or refund — and we'll cover return shipping.

5. Payment

We accept Shopify Payments, iDEAL, credit card, and PayPal. All payments must be completed before an order is processed.
