Where is Kalévia jewelry made?
All pieces are handmade to order in our studio in Amsterdam, using traditional silversmithing techniques.
How long will it take to make my order?
.Most pieces are ready within 4 working days, but please allow up to 7 working days for your jewelry to be handcrafted with care.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location. See the shipping info below for estimates. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
What materials do you use?
We work with solid 925 sterling silver, natural freshwater pearls, and carefully selected gemstones like labradorite and tourmaline. Some pieces are optionally gold plated.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is handmade and finished individually. Subtle variations in shape, texture, and stone color are part of its uniqueness.
How should I care for my jewelry?
All Kalévia pieces are made with high-quality materials like solid 925 sterling silver, meaning they won’t oxidize or fade with proper care. For gold-plated pieces, a little extra attention helps preserve the finish. Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, or harsh chemicals, and remove your jewelry before showering. When not worn, store it in a dry place. Each piece comes with a soft polishing cloth to help you keep it looking its best.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We welcome custom requests. If you’re looking for a variation of an existing piece or want something made just for you, feel free to get in touch.
Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from the Netherlands. All orders are sent with tracked shipping, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region:
- Netherlands: €4,95
- EU countries: €9,95
- Rest of the world: €14,95

International customers: Please note that import taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made to order and typically ships within 4 to 7 working days.
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Netherlands: 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 4–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
All orders are sent with tracking, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your piece is on its way.
Can I return or exchange my piece?
Because each piece is handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if there is an issue.
