Description

Inspired by Isa, the Old Norse rune associated with ice and stillness. Malen is shaped like a seal, square and marked. Its quiet geometry carries a sense of restraint.

Below, a faceted rhodolite hangs in deep wine-red tones, a warmth that contrasts with the cool stillness of the rune above.

Crafted from solid 925 sterling silver with a satin finish and natural rhodolite.

Rhodolite is known for its rich raspberry and wine-red tones, which shift subtly depending on the light. Each stone displays natural variations in color and character.

Handmade to order, locally in my studio, using traditional silversmithing techniques.
