925 Sterling Silver & Ruby (pear-cut / teardrop, Lab-Grown)

One-of-a-kind piece, handmade in Amsterdam.

Adjustable ring with an open band to fit comfortably across finger sizes. 

How It’s Made

1. Carved — Hand-carved in wax around a lab-grown pear-cut ruby, its teardrop shape built into the design.
2. Cast — Cast in solid 925 sterling silver with the ruby held in place, fusing stone and metal into one form.
3. Finished — Cleaned and sanded to a satin finish.

Each step is done by hand, in my studio in Amsterdam.

As the ruby is cast in place rather than set afterward, this process can't be repeated the same way twice.

Production & Shipping

As a one-of-a-kind piece, the ring shown in these photos is the exact one you'll receive. Before it ships to you, it goes through a fresh round of cleaning and sanding (1-2 working days), so it arrives as if newly made. You will receive an email once it is ready to ship.
